I just wanted to say a huge thanks to you and your band for playing at our wedding last week. Absolutely everyone thought you were fantastic and you really made the night one that we will all remember. It was great to see everyone up singing and dancing - even though I missed my opportunity to get up there and be your backing singer (thank god!!). The general consensus of opinion was that you were a great bunch of lads, who are great at what you do and that you promoted an atmosphere of fun and nostalgia. Hopefully you will get another booking for my cousin's wedding next July, so I will look forward to a repeat performance. Many thanks Hayley |

The 80's Affair - If you are looking for an 80's band, the 80's Affair are most definitely the band you want. Having seen them in a wedding recently, I was so impressed that I've booked them for mine. If you, like me, were a fan of Duran Duran, Culture Club, Spandau Ballet, etc., then you are in for a treat if you hear these guys. The dance floor was full all night. I live in Swansea and we have lots of 80's groups near, but having seen the boys in action, I cant imagine any other group being better!!! I promise you, this group is fantastic. Louise Jones |

Lisa and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the band for Saturday night. Everyone had a fantastic time and they've been raving about how brilliant you were. Already I've had 2 people asking for your contact numbers/address to book you!
Please thank the rest of the band from us, and Lisa's trying to think of an excuse to book you again! You really made the party, the songs and costumes were great and you were a really great bunch of guys to have around too. We wanted to say a huge thank you for making our wedding celebrations such a success. You said we wouldn't be disappointed, and we weren't. Geoff and I would never have thought we would be dancing to Depeche Mode together !
We had a fantastic time and many of our guests have thanked us for arranging such a great band. Geoff will celebrate his 40th birthday next year - we hope to be able to book you again for that !

Just a quick email to say how much we and all our guests enjoyed last night. We had 'bigged' you up in advance as our main attraction and were in no way dissappointed. It was a night we will all remember for some time to come - way surpassing our expectations. Everyone I spoke to on the night and today have said how brilliant you were. Just thought I would leave it a short while to get the feedback from all who supported and came to our 80's Night in Gt Dunmow. We have simply had nothing but positives and praise for your professionalism, dress, song selection, and performance. Being a youth football club we had the chance to see most of the audience, nice and early next morning! Even through sunglasses and people watching the kids play football with one hand over an eye and trying not to cough too hard, they were full of sheer happiness and to a man they absolutley loved it! (most liked it more than our previous 70's Night!) Please give our best to all members of the band, not forgetting Martin the sound engineer. Also be aware that we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone requiring, not just an 80's band, but, a great band in their own right. We will do this again........ until then, Thank you from everyone at Dunmow Rhodes Youth FC. |

After reading about you and seeing you on your website, our expectations were high and you certainly lived up to them. Lesley I just wanted to let you know that you and the band were just brilliant! I have never been to a party where the guests have demanded an encore, the atmosphere was just fab! We would definately book you again! Loads of people said how fantastic the band was! Thinking of an excuse for another eighties party so can we book you again..... reckon a summer pimms party with marquee in the garden, very eighties! |

OMG i had to email to say how fantastic you were last night at Oakengates 'the Place'.. i was Madonna :D .. I'm not always that thrilled when people say "tribute Band" but as it was 80s and i looooove the 80s i thought hey why not, and it was AMAZING. My friend was having a leaving do ( wonderwoman!!) and it was the best send off we could have given her. i have one complaint.. you didnt sing " love and pride" twice !! it my favourite 80s song and definitely worth doing twice!! You guys are brilliant, Gary, your voice is amazing, you all looked great and i cant wait till you come back and i WILL be there dressed as Madonna .. AGAIN( the outfit seemed to go down well!!) Just wanted to say thankyou thankyou thankyou.. and if this "thank you note" ends up on your web site and some sceptical person is reading this BOOK THEM!!!! you wont be disappointed !
